EQUIPMENT – INVENTORY LIST

Two rollers RECKMAN mast head both one carrying Genoa No1 (150%) and the other (aft) the self tacking Gib No
4 (95%).
Anchor winch LOFRANS 1500 Watt 12 VDC new (8/2007) anchor CQR 32 kg 120 meters grade 10 galvanized
chain and 40 meters braided 8-ply 18mm anchor rope Marlow.
One mast in aluminum, painted white with rod standing rigging, check stays, double back stays with Navtec
rams at both ends, Boomvang hydraulic Navtec , all controlled via a double pump at pedestral.
Main sail full Batten with FREDERIKSEN traveler and torlon ball bearing cars , three reefing points.
Sail wardrobe consists of one set of three sails QUANTUM GREECE two years old triradial spectra and one set
QUANTUM Fusion triradial also 3 years old, one spinnaker and one ginnaker both in snuffer for ease of
handling, both red color .
Three winches at mast for handling reefing lines and halyards, six winches in cockpit one electric 1500 watt 12
VDC all of them ANTAL st.steel , self tailing.
Instrumentation consists of
Auto Pilot Brooks and Gatehouse B&G Hercules, digital display Hydra 2000, four analog displays, all sensors
like mast head unit, paddle and transducer, Plotter Raytheon at pedestral with Radar option, Radar Raytheon in
chart table with plotter option, Navtec, VHF, mini Mac computer and TFT 15” screen, fuel and water gauges,
generator panel, electric board for 12 VDC and 220 V AC.
Entertainment system consists of one 20” Sharp TFT TV and mini Sharp portable DVD player, HI-FI set with
radio, cd exchanger, amplifier, 3 set of speakers and connection with mini Mac and/or I-pod.
All three cabins with separate WC toilet TECMA porcelain white all connected with Black water tank 200 liters
in AFT PORT locker, macerator pump over board discharge and/or shore connection discharge.
Water maker techicomar Sailor 150 lit per hour with two membranes (2004) in PORT locker.
Fully equipped Galley with FORCE 10 gas cooker / oven, microwave, big st.steel refrigerator at 12 VDC, extra
deep freezer in STBD locker, st.steel sink with wooden covers ALPES INOX, drawers and cabinets for utensils
and china.
Main propulsion Engine YANMAR 140 HP fully serviced, by YANMAR Greece since new.
Battery bank, of 8 by 150 AMPS, maintenance free, Calcium batteries (replaced Aug 2007).
Battery charger, of 80 Amps/hour capacity (2006 new ,replaced old 60 Amps).
Generator FISHER PANDA 10 KVA (5/2004) 900 Hours with remote panel, st.steel box, and 100% noise proof.
Cockpit table in teak, folding.
Bimini top and spray hood in white canvas.
Cushions for cockpit and sun deck, in white vinyl leather.
Boarding gangway in alum/teak stored in locker.
Opening transom, converts to swimming platform with cold/hot shower and sea boarding inox ladder.
Small shoe locker next to stern entrance for town/deck shoes.
Leather covered destroyer type steering wheel (new 2007).
Fully Air-conditioned, with two main compressors each 20000 BTU in aft port locker, separate fan coils in each
cabin and two in saloon, cold-hot.
Safety equipment with Life raft, EPIRB automatic in stern, life jackets.
Tender ZODIAC brand new 3.2 m with YAMAHA 4 HP four stroke outboard.
Built 1999 October sold first and only owner March 2000, VAT paid flying British flag, lying Athens Greece.
Professional crew since new, and at all time used sole for recreational sailing, absolutely no racing no
charters.
